With vines averaging over 40 years old in stellar sites like Premier Cru Les Folatières and Champ Gains, Romaric employs lutte raisonnée and organic practices, crafting wines via gentle pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation, and Gillet barrels from Nevers, Limousin, and Allier forests for pure, vibrant expression.
2023 Meursault “Les Charmes”
A harmonious blend of ripe white-fleshed fruit dominates, laced with subtle undertones of acacia blossom and spice. Rich and opulent, the medium-bodied palate offers a round, caressing texture, culminating in a balanced, clean, and dry finish of solid length. Like others in the range, it would gain greater depth with age—cellar for a few years.
