It ranks third in the picking order and imaginary Chardonnay lineup, much like the timeless allure of Brigitte Bardot. This enduring beauty offers a jasmine scented nose and a palate that blends inviting sweetness, sandalwood, spiced oak, and subtle grapefruit pith notes. Sourced from the Carey Gully vineyard, this hand harvested, wild fermented treasure aged 10 months in 25 percent new French oak, creating a full bodied, shapely, structured wine that feels generous and taut. Just 100 dozen bottles made, showcasing top tier Chardonnay quality with a 95 point score from James Suckling in September 2023.
