BK Wines Ramato Pinot Gris delivers a bold rosé twist on Pinot Gris, echoing Burgundy's deeper rivers beyond Provence. 
 
This 100% Pinot Gris mimics a light Pinot Noir, blending subtle reductive notes with vibrant blood orange zest and bold black pepper. 
 
Full carbonic maceration and 10 months in puncheons tame the tannins, allowing its true character to shine without excess intervention. It stands in effortlessly for Campari with its grapefruit pith bite, or thrives as a food-friendly, age-worthy wine. 
Sourced entirely from Scary Gully vineyard: 10 days on whole bunch skins via carbonic maceration, then pressed to old puncheons for 10 months, and bottled unfiltered, unfined.
