This Ego blends two concrete egg-fermented lots, one from an early harvest with elegant finesse, the other from a later one with generous breadth. Expect pure fruit aromas, a lush waxy honeycomb texture, pear-drop vibrancy, and subtle cinnamon spice on the finish. Bold yet balanced, multilayered, and never cloying. Sourced entirely from Scary Gully vineyard, direct-pressed with full solids into tank, then fully fermented nine months in concrete eggs. Pride swells for such a gem, even if ego tempts.
