This limited edition spends 15 months in barrel, including nine to 10 months of bâttonage, showcasing the stellar 2020 vintage. It hails from the 30-year-old Swaby Vineyard in Piccadilly Valley. Crafted with 100% wild yeasts and aged 15 months in new French oak, followed by 9 to 10 months of bâttonage, this single-barrel gem rested two years in bottle before release. What began with flinty notes and a subtle, evolving palate has transformed into graceful peaches and cream, laced with gunsmoke and bright acidity.
